I ran into a problem with my order — which was a little frustrating at first — but they got it sorted out quickly. So yeah, I appreciate the help.

I ordered from vivaterry.com the quality was better than I expected. The material feels nice and definitely doesn’t have that cheap look, which I was a little worried about. That said, there was one small detail that could’ve been finished a bit cleaner, so it’s not perfect. But also, it’s such a minor thing that I don’t really care that much. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably order again.

My snap judgment is that their customer service just isn’t there. I’ve been waiting for a reply and still haven’t heard anything back...
